Your shipping cost will be a low flat rate of $9.95* per warehouse. We do not charge any additional charges for handling and processing your order. *Please note this flat rate shipping charge applies to standard shipping only.* Standard delivery can take 5-10 business days to deliver. Exceptions not qualifying for our $9.95 shipping include: bulk and large quantity orders, overweight and irregular shaped items, and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and some of our Medline scrubs. Returns & ExchangesReturns for Scrubs Only: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Please return your product to: National Scrubs 3800 S. 215th St W Goddard, KS 67052 If your return is received past 30 days, please note that there will be a 25% restock fee. Returns will not be accepted over 60 days. Embroidered garments are not returnable unless there is an error on our part. Laundered garments are not returnable items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Original shipping/processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective. Wanting to exchange? Not a problem!
