We ship orders from one of our regional warehouses. Generally, products should arrive within 4-10 days.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Most orders qualify for flat rate shipping of $6.95.

Exceptions not qualifying for $6.95 shipping: Bulk and large quantity orders, overweight and irregular shaped items, and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

If an item you order requires additional shipping, we will contact you before shipping.

Backorders:

NationalScrubs.com works with our manufacturers to offer a current selection of in stock products. We apologize if a product is back ordered. All other items in your order will be shipped immediately. If an item is on back order, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible with an expected ship date if available. You will have the option to cancel the backordered item within 2 days of the e-mail notification or choose another item. If the specific item purchased is on backorder and is not cancelled within 48 hours of the notification, you will be expected to honor their purchase and follow NationalScrubs.com’s return policy.
